Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. Please submit questions or concerns by email to sandra@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.
Your Community Manager is Sandra Montes.
Annual Meetings are held in October. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.

ASSOCIATION DUES are currently $210.00 and are due monthly. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions regarding your account.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), ACH Withdrawal (form below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above.
Please make all checks payable to Woodmark Condominiums.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal.
This fee is subject to change without notification.
Automatic Withdraw: If you would like to set up to have your Association dues automatically withdrawn from your account. Please completed the form below and return with a voided check to the above address.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org.
