Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. 

Your community manager is Moriah Fair. Please submit questions or concerns by email to moriah@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

Annual Meetings are held in December. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to discuss and review at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are currently $200.00 and are due annually on January 15th.

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at moriah@abcmanagement.org. 

The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
