Association Dues are currently $285.00 and are due annually on March 1st.
Per your covenants, a 21% interest fee will be applied if not paid within 30 days of the due date.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Management by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
