Annual Meetings are held once a year in October. You can call Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are currently $350.00 and are due annually on January 31st. Per your covenants, a 21% interest fee will be applied if not paid within 30 days of the due date.

This fee is subject to change without notification. 

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to stacey@abcmanagement.org.
