Annual Meetings
are held in January. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to discuss and review at the annual meeting.

Association Dues
are currently
$400.00
and are due annually on April 1st. Invoices are mailed out at the end of February as a reminder. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions regarding your account.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is attached when paying dues via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance:
All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org.
