Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company.

Annual Meetings are held in September. Contact Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are $1,400.00 and are due bi-annually on January 31st and July 31st.
Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above.
Please make all payments payable to The Villas of Twin Eagles Community Association.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal.
This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Management by calling260-490-2226 or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.
