Association Details
Annual Meetings: Held in November each year. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Management to add any concerns or topics to the agenda for board review and discussion.
Payment of Monthly CAM, Reserve, and Utilities

Association Fees are due 15 days after billed. A Delinquency Fee of $100.00 will be assessed on the due date, 16th of the month, with an additional charge of $5.00 per day from the Delinquency Date until the amount is paid in full, as stipulated by the AWB Owner's Association Covenants. For your convenience, we offer monthly ACH at no additional charge. An authorization form must be completed. Contact our manager for the form. (Note that we will do an individual ACH at your request if your check payment is late and you are unable to drop off a check, but you must have submitted a provisional ACH form, and a $5 service fee applies to all office-assisted electronic transactions.)
