Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. 

Your community manager is Stacey Morrow.

Annual Meetings are held in December. You must contact Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to discuss and review at the annual meeting.

ASSOCIATIONS DUES are currently $210.00 and are due annually on January 31st. 



PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Please make all payments payable to Westlakes Community Association.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal. 

This fee is subject to change without notification. 

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at stacey@abcmanagement.org. 

The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

Soliciting: There is to be no soliciting within the community. If someone comes to your door trying to sell you something or advertise something you may politely ask them to leave and let them know that Westlakes Association has a no soliciting policy. 

Trash Bins: Please remember to keep your trash bins inside your garage. The Fort Wayne City Ordinance states, "Containers must be removed from street view no later than noon the day after collection."
