Annual Meetings are held in November. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and discus at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are currently $260.00 and are due annually. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions regarding your account.

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org.
