Association Dues are currently $2400.00 and are due bi-annually and January 1st and July 1st in two equal payments of $1200.00.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is included when paying dues via PayPal.
The processing fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Management by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org.
