Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. Please submit questions or concerns by email to moriah@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

Your Community Manager is Moriah Fair.

Annual Meetings are held in November. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting. 

Villa Services: If your home is not considered a Villa and you are interested in receiving the services, you are able to "opt" in on a yearly basis. If this is something you are interested in, please call Sandra, our Community Manager, and she will be able to set that up for you.

Association Dues: 
  • The Homes are currently $388.00 and are due annually on January 1st. 
  • The Villa Dues are currently $441.00 and due quarterly on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.  
  • Villa Services for Homes are currently $378.00 and are due quarterly on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying dues via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.  
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org. 

The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
