Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. Please submit questions or concerns by email to stacey@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

Your community manager is Stacey Morrow. 

Annual Meetings are held in September. You must contact Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to discuss and review at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are currently $115.00 and are due annually on February 1st. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions regarding your account.
