Annual Meetings are held in July. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are $700 and are due January 1st.
Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Please make all payments payable to Hawthorne Park Estates Association.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal.
This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling260-490-2226or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.
