Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company.

Your community manager is Sandra Montes. Please submit questions or concerns by email to sandra@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

Annual Meetings are held in May. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to discuss and review at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are $290.00 and are due annually on March 1st. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions regarding your account. 


Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Make all payments payable to Sorrento Community Association.

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org.
