Association Dues Details
Monthly Dues: $290.00, due on the 1st of each month.
Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a $25.00 late fee will be incurred if dues are not paid by the 16th of them month, and an additional 1.5% interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.
