Important Information
Annual Meetings are held bi-annually in April and October. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need to be added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.
Association Dues Details
Association Dues are currently $270.00 and are due annually on May 1st. Invoices are mailed on March 1st as a reminder.
Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 21% interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.
