Association Details
Association Dues: Varies per owner, due annually by May 1st.
House Lots: $250.00
Barn Lots: $100.00
Vacant Lots: $50.00
A fee may be levied on payments not made within 30 days of the due date, as per the association's Article of Incorporation.
Annual Meetings are held each year on Memorial Day and Labor Day. You may call Above & Beyond Community Management if you have questions or concerns you would like added to the agenda. The Board will review the request for discussion at the annual meeting.
