Association Details
Association Dues are currently $290.00 and are due annually on February 15th.
Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 12% interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.
Annual Meetings are held in November. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need to be added to the agenda for the board.
