Association Dues Details
Homes Bi-Annual Dues: $242.00, due on January 1st and June 1st of each year.
Condo Bi-Annual Dues: $639.50, due on January 1st and June 1st of each year.
Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 10.5% bi-annual interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.
