Association Details
Association Dues are $285.00 and are due monthly on the 1st of the month.
Late Fees: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 1.5% per month interest rate (18% annual) and a $25.00 late fee will be applied if not paid.
Annual Meetings are held once a year in September. You can call Above & Beyond Community Management. if you have any questions or concerns that may need to be added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.
