Association Details
Annual Dues: $400.00, due on April 1st of each year.
Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 10% interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date. An additional 10% interest fee will be assessed if not paid by June 1st.
