Important Information

Annual Meetings are held once a year in November.

You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need to be added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.

Association Dues Details

Association Dues: $285.00, which is due annually on March 1st.
Late Fee: A 21% interest charge will be applied to dues not paid within 30 days after the due date, as outlined in your Covenants.
