Association Details
Annual Dues: $488.00, due on April 1st of each year. This amount includes your weekly trash services.
Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 21% interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.
Annual Meetings are held once a year in July. You can call Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.
