Association Details

Annual Dues: $688.00, due on January 31st this year.

Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 12% interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.

Annual Meetings are held in September.
Please contact Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need to be added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.
