Association Details
Annual Dues: $170.00, due on January 31st of each year.
Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 21% interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.
Annual Meetings are held once a year in December. You can call Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions or concerns that may need to be added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.
