Important Information
Annual Meetings are held once a year in October. You can call Above & Beyond Community Management. if you have any questions or concerns that may need to be added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.
Association Dues Details
Association Dues are currently $350.00 and are due annually on January 31st.
Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 21% interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.
