Important Information
Annual Meetings are held in November. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need to be added to the agenda for the board to review and discuss at the annual meeting.
Villa Services: If your home is not considered a Villa and you are interested in receiving the services, you are able to "opt" in on a yearly basis. If this is something you are interested in, please call Moriah, our Community Manager, and she will be able to set that up for you.
Association Dues Details
The Homes are currently $388.00 and are due annually.
The Villa Dues are currently $441.00 and due quarterly on Jan. 1, Apr. 1, Sept. 1, & Oct. Villa Services for Homes are currently $378.00 and due quarterly on Jan. 1, Apr. 1, Sept. 1, & Oct. 1.
Late Fee: Please note, in accordance with our covenants, a 21% interest fee will be incurred if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.
