Association Information

Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. Please submit questions or concerns by email to stacey@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

Your community manager is Stacey Morrow.

Annual Meetings are held in November. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to discuss and review at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are currently $150.00 and are due annually on March 31st.

Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Make all payments payable to Towne Square Association.

Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at stacey@abcmanagement.org.

The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
