All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Sandra at Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by email to sandra@abcmanagement.org or by calling 260-490-2226. The phone is answered Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm.

Pool & Tennis Packet
Forms received during the off season when the pool is closed will be placed on file and processed closer to the Pool & Tennis Facilities next scheduled opening date. Forms received during operating times will be processed as soon as possible. Once your Memberships Form has been processed, an access key fob for the pool house door and Pool & Tennis gate will be delivered to you.
