Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. Please submit questions or concerns by email to moriah@abcmanagement.org, sandra@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

Your community manager is Moriah Fair & Sandra Montes. 

Annual Meetings are held in February. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board to discuss and review at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are currently $189 and are due annually on March 31st.

Please be advised that there is a 5% processing fee when paying via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org.
