Association Dues for 2024 are currently $1,575.00 and are due quarterly on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. Per your covenants, a 25% interest fee will be applied if not paid by the due date.

Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Make all payments payable to Foxchase Condominiums.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying dues via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.
Automatic Withdraw: If you would like to set up to have your Association dues automatically withdrawn from your account. Plea se completed the form below and return with a voided check to the above address.

All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226
