Above & Beyond Community Management is the association's property management company. Please submit questions or concerns by email to moriah@abcmanagement.org, sandra@abcmanagement.org or by phone call to 260-490-2226.

Your Community Manager is Moriah Fair & Sandra Montes. 

Annual Meetings are held in September. You can also call Above & Beyond if you have any concerns or questions that may need added to the agenda for the board.

Association Dues are $290.00 and are due annually of February 28th. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions regarding your account.
