Annual Meetings are held once a year with the date to be determined. You can call Above & Beyond Community Mgmt. if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are $475.00 and are due annually on April 1st. Per your covenants, a 21% interest fee will be applied if not paid within 30 days of the due date.
Payment can be made with credit card/PayPal (link below), exact cash, check, or money order to the mailing address above. Make all payments payable to Buckner's Crossing Association.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is applied when paying via PayPal.
This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them to sandra@abcmanagement.org.
