Annual Meetings are held once a year in September. You can call Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the Annual Meeting.

Association Dues are $270.00 and are due yearly on November 1st. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions regarding your account.
Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is attached when paying dues via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification.
Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at stacey@abcmanagement.org.
The phone is answered Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
