are held once a year in May. You can call Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.

The Coves of Jacob's Creek Association Dues
are currently $180.00
and are due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Jacob's Creek annual dues are $150 and due June 1st. Please contact Above & Beyond Community Management. if you have any questions regarding your account.
Make all payments payable to Coves of Jacob's Creek.
Maintenance:
All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Mgmt by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org.
