Annual Meetings are held once a year in November. You can call Above & Beyond Community Management if you have any questions or concerns that may need added to the agenda for the board to review and be discussed at the annual meeting.

Association Dues are currently $150.00 and are due annualy on July 1st.

Please be advised that per your covenants a 21% interest fee will be applied if dues are not paid within 30 days of the due date.

 Please be advised that a 5% processing fee is included when paying dues via PayPal. This fee is subject to change without notification. 

Maintenance: All concerns with maintenance, vendors, and any exterior changes to the property should be directed to Above & Beyond Community Management by calling 260-490-2226 or emailing them at sandra@abcmanagement.org.
